The Australian Taxation Office has issued GSTR 2018/1 - Goods and services tax: supplies of real property connected with the indirect tax zone (Australia), which applies from 22 August 2018. The Ruling discusses when a supply of real property is connected with Australia and, as such, may be subject to GST in Australia, provided that the other conditions for the levy of GST are met.
