The Government of Bermuda has updated its guidance page on Corporate Income Tax with new Corporate Income Tax FAQs (v4.0), dated 29 January 2024. Bermuda's new Corporate Income Tax regime was introduced in order to comply with Pillar 2 global minimum tax (GloBE) rules and will generally apply from 1 January 2025. The FAQs cover:
