On 3 June 2013, a Bill on new tax measures including changes to the withholding tax and registration duties was presented to Parliament. The measures included are those adopted by the Council of Ministers in early April.

In addition, the following additions were included with regard to capital distributions by SMEs which apply with respect to capital increases from 1 July 2013.
