The Assembly of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided on 6 October 2021 to set the real estate (property) tax for 2022 at a rate of 0.05% (same as 2021). The rate is set annually and generally ranges from 0.05% to 1% of the market value of the property.
