Costa Rica reportedly completed all required technical work on 31 March 2020 for the accession process to join the OECD. Members of the OECD first adopted the roadmap for the accession of Costa Rica to the OECD Convention back in 2015, which set out the terms, conditions, and process for the country's accession.
