Speaking at a transfer pricing conference in Hong Kong on 19 September 2016, Akhilesh Ranjan, an official with India's Ministry of Finance, announced that no major legislative changes will be required to bring India's international tax and transfer pricing laws in line with the OECD BEPS Project recommendations.
