The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has issued guidance providing Clarifications on VAT Prepopulated Return. The KRA has also issued Guidelines to Taxpayers on eTIMS Onboarding, which is the electronic invoicing system used in connection with prepopulated (prefilled) VAT returns. The guidelines cover the different eTIMS software and eligibility criteria.
