Kenya's National Treasury has issued a public notice requesting comments on a proposed income tax treaty with the Netherlands. This is a new treaty that replaces the treaty signed between the two countries in 2015 but never entered into force. The new treaty must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force. Comments on the treaty are due by 13 December 2023.
