Lithuania Planning to Defer Application of Pillar 2 Global Minimum Tax Rules

Lithuania's Ministry of Finance recently held a meeting on transposing the Pillar 2 global minimum tax (GloBE) rules as per Council Directive (EU) 2022/2523 of 14 December 2022.
