Lithuania's State Tax Inspectorate has issued a notice to remind taxpayers of the new transfer pricing rules that apply from the 2019 tax year. This includes that from 2019, the hierarchy of transfer pricing methods no longer applies, although taxpayers will need to justify their chosen method for a transaction as the most appropriate.
