According to a release from the Swiss Federal Council, officials from Moldova and Switzerland met on 18 October 2023 and signed a declaration of intent to swiftly advance and conclude the ongoing negotiations on a social security agreement. The agreement will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
