The Dutch Ministry of Finance has announced the signing of a new income tax treaty with Belgium on 21 June 2023. The treaty will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 2001 tax treaty between the two countries. Details of the new treaty will be published once available.
