On 15 May 2007, the Government presented a proposal concerning related companies. The proposal imposes the requirement to report and provide documentation on transactions carried out within a group of companies. The requirement applies to transactions exceeding NOK 10 million. The documentation must be presented within 45 days after a request from the tax authority.
