OrbitaxProtocol and exchange of letters to treaty between Belgium and Luxembourg enters into force

On 25 June 2013, the amending protocol on exchange of information and exchange of letters, signed on 16 July 2009, to the Belgium - Luxembourg Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1970), as amended by the 2002 protocol, entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2014.
