On 14 November 2012, the amending protocol, signed on 4 June 2012, to the Austria - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1974), as amended by the 1994, 2000, 2006 and 2009 protocols, entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 March 2011.
