On 15 October 2012, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands signed an amending protocol to the former Czechoslovakia - Netherlands Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1974), as amended by the 1996 protocol, in relations between the Czech Republic and the Netherlands, in Prague.
