On 31 July 2012, the Parliament adopted the second Finance Amendment Law (Loi de Finances Rectificative) for 2012. The anti-avoidances measures and the key measures previously reported in July were all adopted. Unless otherwise indicated, the measures are applied as of the first day of the publication of the Law. The keys measures are summarized below.
