Spain has published Royal Decree-Law 26/2020 of 7 July 2020 in the Official Gazette, which entered into force on 9 July 2020 and includes changes in the taxation of ports to comply with the European Commission decision that the taxation of ports does not comply with State aid rules. The Decree-Law also provides certain relief measures in relation to COVID-19.
