OrbitaxTreaty between Germany and Hungary enters into force

The Germany - Hungary Income and Capital Tax Treaty (2011) entered into force on 30 December 2011. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2012. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Germany - Hungary Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1977).
