The OECD has announced that on 7 November 2024, Trinidad and Tobago signed the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. The Convention must now be ratified by Trinidad and Tobago and the ratification instrument deposited before entering into force for the country.
